Leasing Specialist Confidential Florissant, MO 63033 Leasing Specialist A Leasing Specialist is responsible for supporting the leasing and marketing efforts of a multi-family residential property. This frontline role is essential to maintaining high occupancy, delivering an excellent first impression, and ensuring a smooth leasing experience. The Leasing Specialist serves as a key contact for prospective residents, requiring strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are currently seeking an experienced Leasing Specialist for multi-family residential properties in the greater Florissant, MO area .

Responsibilities:

1. Leasing & Sales Support Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a timely and professional manner Schedule and conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits of available units Assist prospects with applications, documentation, and pre-screening requirements Prepare lease agreements and ensure all documentation complies with company policies Facilitate move-ins and lease signings, creating a welcoming experience for new residents 2. Marketing & Outreach Advertise available units across various platforms including online listings, social media, and signage Collaborate with the Property Manager on leasing promotions and resident retention strategies Track and report on leasing activity, traffic sources, and conversion rates Monitor competitor properties and provide market feedback 3. Customer Experience Build positive relationships with prospective and current residents Ensure common areas and tour paths are always clean and tour-ready Provide friendly and solution-focused responses to questions and concerns Participate in community events and support resident engagement activities

Requirements:

Previous leasing or sales experience (property management experience preferred) Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting Proficiency with leasing or CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations Real estate license or certification (preferred, not required)
