Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding their ideal rental property and ensuring a smooth leasing process. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants
• Respond to inquiries from potential tenants regarding rental properties
• Provide detailed information about the property, including amenities, lease terms, and rental rates
• Assist applicants with the application process, including collecting necessary documents and conducting background checks
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate move-in dates and conduct move-in inspections with new tenants
• Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues that may arise during the leasing process
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain tenant records
• Perform data entry tasks to update tenant information, lease agreements, and other relevant documentation

Experience:

• Previous experience in property leasing or customer service is preferred
• Familiarity with legal administrative processes related to leasing agreements is a plus
• Knowledge of facilities management practices is beneficial
• Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in data entry and record keeping
• Understanding of applicable laws and regulations related to property leasing, such as LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) guidelines
