  • Uncover pain, qualify motivation, and move leads through the pipeline
  • Build fast rapport using tone, pace, mirroring, and empathy
  • Follow up relentlessly until you get the answer—yes or no
  • Work directly with the acquisitions team to push deals to the table
  • Own your pipeline and your numbers—no excuses
