Leasing Agent 2.0 2.0 out of 5 stars Hickory, NC 28601 Property Management company accepting resumes for the position of “Community Manager” to handle the day-to-day operations of the apartment complexes and coordinate all on-site leasing responsibilities. This is a 40 hr. per week position. Work hours are from Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm, in the Hickory/Statesville/Taylorsville area. Responsibilities Maintaining the physical and operational integrity of the property Process prospective tenant applications Manage tenant Move-Ins, yearly re-certifications, notices, and occupancy level File and go to court hearings for lease violations and non-payment of rent Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants Follow and adhere to the Fair Housing Rules and Regulations Skills Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software Customer focus and bottom line orientation Strong communication and presentation skills Well organized with excellent time management skills Property management experience preferred but not required
