Maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including mortgage lenders, inspectors, and contractors, to provide clients with comprehensive support and resources. Stay informed on local real estate laws and regulations , ensuring compliance and advising clients accordingly. Qualifications Active real estate license in the state of North Carolina. Fluent in both English and Spanish , with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Must be willing to commit to dials and training Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Fayetteville and surrounding areas. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment . Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills . Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction. Ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for property showings and client meetings .
