The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our apartment rental homes., assisting prospective tenants, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits of the units. Assist applicants with the leasing process, including completing applications and verifying tenant qualifications. Utilize property management software such as Yardi for tracking applications, leases, and tenant communications. Handle inquiries via phone and email with excellent phone etiquette, providing timely responses to potential tenants. Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations. Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately. Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Skills:

Strong negotiation skills to facilitate lease agreements effectively. Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and tenants. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance in all leasing activities. Proficient in office tasks related to real estate administration and property management. Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for prospective tenants. Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
