Leasing Agent/Site Manager 2.0 2.0 out of 5 stars Durham, NC 27704 Property Management Company accepting resumes for the position of “Leasing Agent/Site Manager” to handle the day-to-day operations of the apartment complexes and coordinate all on-site leasing activities under the supervision of the Director of Operations. Properties are in Durham, NC . Responsibilities are but not limited too; Maintaining the physical and operational integrity of the property Process prospective tenant applications Manage tenant Move-Ins/Move-Outs, yearly re-certifications, notices, rent increases, and occupancy level File and go to court hearings for lease violations and non-payment of rent Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants Follow Fair Housing Rules and Regulations Skills Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software Customer focus and bottom line orientation Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills Well organized with excellent time management skills Property management experience a plus, but not required
