Founded just over a year ago, we strategically acquire distressed single-family homes and transform them through thoughtful renovations, ultimately offering quality, updated properties to the market. We recognize the vast potential within the existing housing stock. With over half of America’s homes built before 1980, there’s a significant opportunity to modernize and enhance these properties, contributing to the overall vibrancy and appeal of our communities. In our first year of operation we successfully purchased nearly 100 homes. This rapid growth is a testament to our effective acquisition strategies and our commitment to our mission. We are now seeking a driven Acquisition Manger to play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious goal of acquiring 150 homes in the next 12 months. What You’ll Be Doing:
Actively sourcing distressed single-family homes through various channels (direct mail, cold calling, networking, online research, etc.). Building and nurturing relationships with homeowners, wholesalers, real estate agents, and other potential deal sources. Evaluating properties and determining their acquisition potential. Negotiating and securing purchase agreements. Working closely with our team to ensure smooth transactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a 100% commission-based sales role (real estate experience is a significant plus). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A relentless drive to succeed and a hunter mentality. Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to building relationships.
