You’ll learn how to handle live tour requests, create consistent systems, and grow your client base. Many of our agents are closing 2-3 transactions each month within the first 90 days using what we teach. We start with hands-on onboarding. In the first 5 days, you’ll cover everything—from lead conversations to consults to contract writing. You’ll be showing homes and submitting offers right away. What we’re looking for: Manage all steps of the real estate process. Keep clients updated and informed throughout. Write clean and accurate contracts. Handle documents correctly and on time. Use property data to help clients make smart pricing and offer decisions. Respond quickly and keep in regular contact. Stay on top of follow-up. Keep your CRM clean and organized. Track all leads, especially from Zillow Flex.
