We’re hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant tojoin our growing team. Responsibilities include administrativeduties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in theclient database for our real estate agents, monitoring andnotifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legalprocedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and any taxwithholdings are complete
- Arrange for open houses and other community events to locallyspread brand awareness
- Track important dates and time limits for transactions andnotify relevant stakeholders as needed
- Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, includingopen houses and the final walkthrough
- Compete with others in the real estate industry by producinghigh-quality print and digital marketing materials

Staging Support:
Collaborate with the Realtor to prepareproperties for showings, including staging homes to highlight theirbest features and appeal to potential buyers.

Administrative Support:
Manage the Realtor’s calendar andschedule when necessary; perform data input and statusreporting.

Transaction Coordination:
Assist from contract to closing bycoordinating details, scheduling appointments, and managing clientcommunication.

Database Management:
Set up and update databases, includingclient and sphere of influence contacts.

Customer Service:
Provide exceptional service to clients, theRealtor, and third parties, ensuring a seamless experiencethroughout the staging and selling process.

General Support:
Monitor time-sensitive requests and completetasks assigned by the Realtor.

Customer Needs:
Address customer needs with urgencyand attentiveness.
Qualifications:
- Background in real estate is required for this position
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Available evenings and weekends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understands how to utilize a database for processing clientinformation and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessarydocuments
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced computerskills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail, time management, and flexibility areessential.
- Ability to work independently under pressure.
License:
- A valid NC Realtor license and recent real estate experienceare mandatory.
Additional Requirements:
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Previous experience in the real estate industry.
