Our dedication to customer satisfaction and quality service has set us apart in the industry. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Service Advisor/Sales Professional to join our team. This position is perfect for individuals who love the outdoors, enjoy helping people, and are ready to get their hands dirty to diagnose problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections and recommend treatment options for various services. Accurately complete all necessary documentation for each sale. Guarantee customer satisfaction from initial contact through to job completion. Participate in training sessions to expand industry knowledge. Adhere to all established rules and regulations. Undertake additional tasks as required by management.
Experience & Certification:
Prior industry experience with Registered Technician Certification preferred but not required.
Qualities:
Self-motivated, self-starter with excellent customer service and sales skills. A passion for helping people.
Skills:
Proficient computer skills are required. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Background check and drug screen are mandatory in alignment with our NPMA QualityPro commitment.
