As we grow, we’re hiring an Acquisition Manager to take charge of sourcing, evaluating, and securing investment properties.   • Respond Promptly to
Leads:

Engage seller and agent inquiries through phone, text, and email with speed, empathy, and clarity.

  • Build Trust with
Sellers:

Conduct discovery calls, ask the right questions, and build rapport that leads to signed deals.

    Make Offers & Negotiate:

    Craft win-win purchase offers and navigate objections with professionalism, honesty, and persistence.

      Lead Generation:

      Build agent relationships, and work with wholesalers and referral sources to generate new opportunities.

        Qualify & Analyze Deals:

        Evaluate properties using comps, repair estimates, and our internal deal analyzer tools to ensure every property meets our buy-box.

          CRM & Follow-Up:

          Keep your pipeline organized, follow up with leads consistently, and log all actions in our CRM.

            Team Collaboration:

            Work closely with our dispositions, marketing, and transaction coordination teams to ensure each deal moves forward smoothly and profitably.

            • Experience in real estate, sales, or lead conversion (real estate acquisitions or wholesaling experience is a plus )
            • Strong phone skills and confidence in negotiating

            Tech-savvy:

            able to use Google Workspace, CRM tools (we’ll train), etc.

            • Real estate license is not required but is a bonus Compensation
            • Base salary + performance-based commission
