The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing leasing operations, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting prospective tenants in finding their ideal homes. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing available units and community amenities. Assist potential residents with the application process and provide guidance on lease agreements. Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and lease agreements using property management software Resman Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service. Collaborate with the management team to implement marketing strategies that attract new tenants. Process rental applications, including background checks and contract preparations. Ensure compliance with housing regulations, including Section 8 guidelines. Provide administrative support as needed, including legal documentation and office tasks. Address tenant concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner to enhance resident satisfaction. Skills Proficient in property management software such as Resman Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively promote properties and close leases. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with tenants. Knowledge of legal administrative processes related to leasing contracts is beneficial. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
