Key Responsibilities:
Agent Development:
Mentor and support agents in their professional growth, with a focus on business development and performance enhancement.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
I dentify and attract high-performing agents who align with DHR’s culture and mission.
Growth & Production:
Drive overall sales volume by equipping agents and teams with the tools, systems, and strategies needed to succeed. This role requires the ability to consult with various stakeholders—whether independent agents, team leaders, or business owners—on strategies for business growth, leveraging tools for time efficiency, client follow-up, and relationship-building. As a core member of the leadership team, the Director of Agent Services will collaborate closely with internal departments, including the Success Team, to ensure our clients receive best-in-class service. A servant leadership mindset is essential, as is a strong sense of ownership and commitment to nurturing others.
Ideal Candidate:
Team-oriented, enthusiastic, eager, motivated, and collaborative, with a strong work ethic and leadership experience is the most important qualification! Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent written and communication skills. Demonstrated success in recruiting, leading, and developing high performing real estate agents. Track record of using influence and leadership to drive performance and engagement Passionate about coaching, mentorship, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture Strategic thinker with strong follow-up and follow-through skills Collaborative builder of systems and processes, who thrives on developing scalable programs while investing in the growth and success of others Lead with humility College degree and real estate license required. HR training and/or experience preferred. 5+ years of experience in a real estate sales environment is mandatory. Results-oriented, but good with occasional chaos. Likes to laugh!!
Deliverables:
Annually meet with agents to set business goals. Actively engage and attract experienced agents. Complete recruiting appointments monthly, to affiliate 10 agents within the next year. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, contract negotiations, signing and hiring. Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality. Increase sales by 10% annually through both growth of current agents business as well as recruitment of new agents. Be able to explain current DHR compensation models, contract details, agent model options, etc. and make recommendations for revisions as necessary to stay competitive. Drive, track, and own attendance and active participation by agents in classes and events, to ensure that our culture and expertise grows. Lead, support, set expectations, and hold weekly accountability sessions with agents.
