Responsibilities Complete the PLACE Launch program successfully. Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis. Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes. Skillfully negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers. Maintain and monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology. Host two open houses each month. Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments. Engage in weekly script practice in line with team standards. Actively participate in team activities according to team standards. Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls. Advise sellers, secure listings, and effectively market their properties. Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.
