We are a growing real estate team specializing in REO (Real Estate Owned) properties. We are seeking motivated, licensed real estate agents with a passion for handling REO listings. If you are driven, organized, and ready to expand your career in this niche market, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the listing and sale of REO properties Conduct property valuations (BPOs) and market analysis Coordinate with asset managers and lenders Manage marketing, showings, and negotiations Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate regulations

Requirements:

Active real estate license Experience in REO, BPOs, or similar is preferred but not required Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings Proficient in market analysis and valuation Must be detail-oriented and organized
