Job Description:
As a Real Estate Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our legal team in various real estate transactions. You’ll need at least two years of real estate law experience to be considered for this position.
Your key duties will include:
Performing online research to gather information on real estate title. Coordinating the receipt of title insurance binders for closing and ensuring binder requirements are met. Ordering payoffs and HOA resale demands. Drafting, revising, and proofreading documents and communication related to real estate transactions. Performing post-closing duties such as updating title, submitting documents for recording, and disbursing funds. Following the policies and procedures established by management.
