Job Description
Seeking a 2 nd -4 th year bankruptcy/restructuring associate with experience at a major law firm. Our ideal candidate will have experience in large chapter 11 cases and workouts representing creditors (including lenders, bondholders and trade creditors, debtors) asset purchasers, and/or other market participants in both the transactional and litigation aspects of restructuring in and out of bankruptcy. Open to considering candidates with finance or litigation experience who desire to transition to bankruptcy practice. The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $235,000 to $310,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the applicant and years of relevant experience.
