Role Overview:
You will identify, develop, and nurture new business opportunities within the hospitality sector. You will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, provide tailored solutions, and build long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain an on-site presence with new and existing clients to build relationships and ensure satisfaction. Identify, prospect, and build relationships with both new and existing clients. Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to specific territories to meet and exceed sales targets. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. Establish and maintain a strong network of contacts within the assigned territory. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Client Services and Sales Manager Qualifications:
