Responsibilities:

Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary Prospect Daily Show houses, write offers, and negotiate deals for the clients Help Clients with a smooth closing process

Driver’s License and Car Insurance Research information about potential properties, communities, schools, and amenities so that client questions may be answered Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc., so the process is done in a timely manner Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts, and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes, and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria

Qualifications:
