Experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (Full-Time, Remote)

Estimated Summer 2025 Are you an independent Transaction Coordinator looking for a supportive team, efficient systems, and the flexibility to take time off without stress? We are a high-performing Real Estate Transaction Management team serving agents in North and South Carolina. We’re looking for a full-time Transaction Coordinator who is experienced, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to our positive and productive culture.

What We’re Looking For Ideal Candidate:

2+ years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator, Real Estate Agent, or Administrative Assistant in real estate. Minimum of 200+ transactions managed OR 1+ year in real estate sales with 20+ closed deals . Holds an active SC or NC Real Estate License ( Required ). Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting. Not an entry-level role—must bring prior, proven experience in NC or SC. Key Responsibilities Transaction Coordination (Contract-to-Close): Manage real estate transactions from contract to close.

Communicate with all parties involved:

agents, clients, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and vendors. Prepare contract addenda as instructed. Schedule and coordinate inspections, walkthroughs, and closings. Maintain transaction timelines and ensure compliance with brokerage regulations. Audit contract files and upload to brokerage platforms. Provide updates and proactive communication to all stakeholders. Track deadlines and follow up to ensure on-time closings. Prepare new listings Listing Coordination (Pre-Listing to Active): Prepare listing paperwork and coordinate signatures via electronic platforms. Review listing documents for accuracy and compliance. Input and update listings in MLS systems (e.g., FlexMLS), including photos, descriptions, and showing instructions. Coordinate photography, staging, signage, and other listing-related services. Communicate with vendors and third-party providers. Ensure timely and accurate listing launches, including management of timelines and deadlines. Required Skills & Qualities SC or NC Real Estate License (Mandatory). Highly organized and detail-oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service mindset. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Tech-savvy and comfortable using real estate platforms and productivity tools. Reliable, ethical, coachable, and results-driven. Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
