Real Estate Closing Coordinator Century 21 Champion Real Estate 2820 Henderson Drive, Jacksonville, NC 28546 Century 21 Champion Real Estate in Jacksonville, North Carolina is seeking a Full Time, In-Person, Closing Coordinator to join our stellar administrative team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an outstanding person who is willing to go the extra mile and help deliver extraordinary experiences! In this role, you will do what closing coordinators do best, assist Real Estate agents with the contract-to-close process! Our Closing Coordinator team is responsible for all aspects of processing the paperwork once the property has gone under contract. To include, but not limited to; validating documentation required for file compliance, maintaining checklists to ensure action items are completed and providing a consistent high level of customer service to our agents, clients, co-workers, and everyone you encounter. Additionally, our team members cross-train to support other departments. Pay range is $12-$14 per hour depending on experience. This position is in-person, at our office in Jacksonville NC. Daily and Weekly Tasks:
Provide professional customer service to everyone you encounter Thrive in a fast-paced environment Provide transaction coordinating services from contract-to-close for Real Estate agents within our office Process new pending files in a timely manner with precision, efficiency and in accordance with our standard operating procedures Collaborate with agents, assistants, lenders, vendors and closing attorneys to collect all appropriate data and documents to move file to closing Utilize checklists to manage various stages of transactions, ensuring file compliance, and following any action items through to completion Generate reminders to agents regarding incomplete or missing documentation as required for processing Handle confidential information Carefully review final settlement statements for missing items and errors Organize data for tracking all upcoming closings Cross-train to support other departments within our office Additional responsibilities as the need arises, in the ever-evolving Real Estate field
Qualifications:
Experience:
transaction coordinator experience preferred. Real Estate, mortgage or title Industry preferred. Real Estate License not required.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency with Apple Products and maintaining email. Ability to learn company specific programs and applications.
Communication Skills:
