Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with leads to increase sales
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their homewants and needs, and close the deal
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your verybest service and your very best advice to nurture clientrelationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions aboutpotential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create aquick and easy closing process
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently, combined with excellentinterpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Pleasant and trustworthy
  • MS Office/Google familiarity
  • Real estate agent license
