We offercommercial real estate underwriting, acquisition due diligence,asset management, zoning, loan closing, and insurance reviewservices. Job Purpose The Zoning Analyst I is animportant role within the Zoning department. The position entailsworking with city and county employees across the countryconfirming zoning designations, jurisdictions, and compliance. Theposition requires a high level of multi-tasking, organization, andan ability to stay on top of municipal contacts. The positionrequires critical thinking skills for completion of ZoningCompliance Reports as well as client communication skills whiledealing with a variety of client types. Duties andResponsibilities Engagements of all zoning report types including standardzoning reports, renewal reports, and document retrievals, etc. Pull and review zoning code from public databases Interact with municipal zoning departments by phone and emailto verify statuses regarding a property. Review municipal documents to ensure validity, correctness, andmaking sure they fully cover the property in question. Complete 5 Zoning Compliance Reports per week by analyzingproperty conformity Track results and answer inquiries of clients in proprietarysystem Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word,PowerPoint, and Excel Organized and detail oriented. Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal)and presentation skills. Problem-solving skills to reflect level ofresponsibilities. Self-motivated and solutions-oriented approach PreferredQualifications 1-2 years of experience in commercial real estate or zoninganalysis Critical Competencies Ability to interface with all levels of management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills given theneed to communicate effectively in oral and written form withclients, property staff, colleagues, municipalities, and members ofthe real estate community. Passionate about culture; understands the significance of acompany’s culture and its power to drive success. Self-starter and ability to work well individually and as partof a team. Ability to work across disciplines to generate new processesand/or resolve issues. Strong work ethic and willingness to work extended hours whennecessary. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and theability to set and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with an ability to meetdeadlines and handle short timeframes. Proven ability to successfully prioritize multiple tasks andallocate resources to meet goals. Creative thinker with sound judgment. Proven ability to take initiative, think on your feet, and makethoughtful decisions. Highly effective project management and time management skills.

Working conditions This position works in an office and is eligiblefor some Telework after probationary period. Some travel may berequired.
