The Real Estate Transaction Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing. Key Responsibilities :
Transaction Coordination :
Manage all phases of real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, disclosures, and closing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Document Management :
Review, prepare, and track contracts, addendums, and disclosures; ensure all paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
Communication :
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, real estate agents, lenders, escrow officers, and title companies to facilitate clear and timely communication.
Timeline Management :
Monitor deadlines for inspections, appraisals, financing contingencies, and closing dates to keep transactions on track.
Compliance :
