We are seeking a highly qualified Brokerage Assistant with experience in Commercial Real Estate to provide support for Brokerage, Development & Property Management operations (as needed). In addition to brokerage support, this person will also be involved with some marketing duties and day-to-day office administrative duties. Brokerage & Marketing Duties:
Coordinate and schedule appointments, on-site & off-site meetings and conference calls Property searches and parcel identification Provide timely information to inside/outside brokers, tenants/clients, attorneys, bankers, etc. Maintain office, clerical, filing and record keeping systems Generate listing & lease agreements, standard purchase contracts, LOIs & commission worksheets Maintain contact and other databases as needed Collect and organize all vacant listing information for quick reference Create, produce, assemble, and organize marketing materials including online listing websites, brochures, leasing flyers, signage, pitch books, presentation packages, and other collateral Develop pitch strategies and materials; write content for client presentations, flyers, proposals Assist brokers with canvassing new clients, space showings, property searches, tour books, etc. Maintain and manage current market research, lease and sales comps, and deals in the market to aid in business planning and strategy development Update materials, sites, etc. in a timely manner to ensure most current information is being published Other duties as requested
Hiring Criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree from four-year College or 2+ years industry experience Strong working knowledge of Excel a must and other Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Working knowledge of Zipform, Dropbox, DocuSign, QuickBooks, Any working knowledge of of CRM software or Salesforce a plus Strong Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign) not a must but plus Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with peers, managers and clients Ability to proactively follow-up on open items and tasks Dependable & flexible as well as possessing the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Familiarity with Property Management processes in the Commercial Real Estate Industry a plus Salary is competitive and commensurate with credentials, experience, and unique capabilities. ‘ ‘
