Responsibilities Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing available units and highlighting amenities. Assist in the leasing process by preparing lease agreements and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Maintain accurate records of tenant applications, contracts, and property maintenance requests. Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving conflicts efficiently. Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional services or upgrades to potential tenants. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking maintenance requests and scheduling repairs. Skills Strong office skills with proficiency in Yardi . Excellent phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients and tenants. Proven sales skills with the ability to upsell properties or services effectively. Knowledge of property maintenance processes to assist tenants with their needs. Strong conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes professionally. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
