Do you want to earn 6-figures helping sellers move on from distressed or unwanted properties? Green Street Home Buyers is looking for a driven Acquisitions Specialist to meet with motivated sellers, build trust, and negotiate win-win purchase agreements on properties that need work. This is a full-time commission-based role with a monthly draw , consistent appointment flow, and real career upside.

Compensation:

$100,000 – $160,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Attend 10-12 in-person seller appointments per week (appointments provided) Build rapport, uncover seller motivation, and make compelling offers Follow up with warm leads in your pipeline daily Collaborate with our internal team to get deals closed Be available Monday through Friday , with occasional evening or weekend appointments

Qualifications:
