REAL CLIENTS
who contact us every day asking us to help them buy or sell a home and we rely on our team agents to assist all of these clients We are a small, tight-knit, zero drama team, with a fun and collaborative culture that inspires each other to work hard and be successful! Because we realize there are so many false promises made from teams in our industry, we welcome potential future agents to call any of our existing team members to learn about how our process works. ALL our agents sell 10-35+ homes per year based on the clients we give them.

Responsibilities Help buyers and sellers buy and sell homes Build meaningful relationships with clients Negotiate Perform comparative market analysis(CMA’s) to estimate properties’ value Remain knowledgeable about the Triangle real estate market Record videos of homes for clients as needed (easy! we show you how) Close deals! Skills and Requirements North Carolina Real Estate License required Motivation Team player Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills Pleasant and trustworthy We are open to hiring both new and experienced agents, but you must have a NC Real Estate License.
