We’re hiring a Real Estate Assistant to support our team with everything from social media and marketing to listings and closings. This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the industry while working alongside a top-producing team.
What You’ll Do:
Create and schedule social media content to support listings, closings, and team branding Prepare and manage listing paperwork, MLS input, and marketing materials Maintain organized digital files and team systems Help coordinate team events and client outreach efforts
Who You Are:
Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through Comfortable using social media, Canva, Google Drive, and basic CRM tools A clear communicator, both in writing and on the phone Eager to learn, proactive, and team-oriented Experience in real estate or marketing is a plus but not required This role offers a front-row seat to the real estate world, with hands-on experience in both marketing and transaction management.
