Full Job Description Position Overview:

We’re seeking a passionate, experienced real estate professional to serve as our Assistant Team Lead, focused on helping new and struggling agents gain traction and thrive in their real estate careers. This individual will play a hands-on leadership role in mentoring agents, guiding them through lead conversion strategies, and fostering early wins in both prospecting and production. With at least two years of transactional experience , you’ll act as a mentor, coach, and in-field support to those just getting started or working to regain momentum. You will lead by example, setting the tone for professionalism, hustle, and results, while offering tactical support through regular coaching, call review, contract guidance, and shadowing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the onboarding and ramp-up of newly licensed and early-career agents. Conduct one-on-one meetings and small group coaching focused on converting leads into appointments and contracts. Guide agents through the effective use of lead generation systems, CRM tools, and best practices for follow-up and client communication. Shadow agents in the field and provide actionable feedback on buyer consults, showings, and client interactions. Review and coach agents on conversion metrics (e.g., contact-to-appointment, appointment-to-contract) to drive improvement. Help agents overcome common mindset blocks, build confidence, and stay consistent with prospecting efforts. Encourage a collaborative, accountable, and growth-minded culture among the team. Work closely with leadership to track agent progress and ensure they’re on track to secure their first contract within 30 days of activation.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of real estate transactional experience Strong working knowledge of CRM and lead conversion systems Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills Passion for mentorship, personal development, and agent success Highly organized, accountable, and enthusiastic about team building
