You’ll be the go-to person who takes listings from lead to under contract with efficiency, confidence, and style. What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Superpowers): ✨ Taking listings from start to finish ✨ Scheduling measurements, staging, and professional photography ✨ Communicating like a pro with clients, agents, and vendors ✨ Keeping everything organized in our internal systems and MLS (Triangle MLS /Doorify) ✨ Creating stunning flyers and booklets (Canva lovers, we see you) ✨ Running CMAs ✨ Managing multiple tasks like a boss — because you’re calm, collected, and clutch under pressure
Who You Are:
✨ A licensed NC Real Estate Agent (required) ✨ Experienced with Triangle MLS / Doorify (preferred) ✨ A checklist champion who loves staying organized ✨ Confident with Canva, Google Workspace, and CRMs ✨ Someone who doesn’t need to be micromanaged ✨ Calm in the chaos and quick with solutions ✨ An in-office team player, Monday through
