Responsibilities:
  • Lead weekly coaching sessions and 1:1 development meetings withagents
  • Set clear production goals and hold agents accountable tomilestones
  • Leverage CRM and database tools to manage agent follow-up andprogress
  • Drive adoption of company systems for marketing, leadgeneration, and operations
  • Foster a no-drama, high-performance team culture rooted inclarity and results
  • Identify and nurture potential agent recruits to support smartteam growth
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate team leadership and/orsales management
  • Proven track record of coaching agents to consistent,measurable results
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort with CRM/databasemanagement
  • Familiarity with platforms like Sierra, Skyslope, KVCore, andDotloop is a plus
  • Emotionally intelligent leadership style with a focus onaccountability and growth
  • Social media proficiency is a bonus, but not a requirement
