Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly coaching sessions and 1:1 development meetings withagents
- Set clear production goals and hold agents accountable tomilestones
- Leverage CRM and database tools to manage agent follow-up andprogress
- Drive adoption of company systems for marketing, leadgeneration, and operations
- Foster a no-drama, high-performance team culture rooted inclarity and results
- Identify and nurture potential agent recruits to support smartteam growth
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in real estate team leadership and/orsales management
- Proven track record of coaching agents to consistent,measurable results
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with CRM/databasemanagement
- Familiarity with platforms like Sierra, Skyslope, KVCore, andDotloop is a plus
- Emotionally intelligent leadership style with a focus onaccountability and growth
- Social media proficiency is a bonus, but not a requirement
