Lead Generation:

We generate high-quality leads from active buyers and sellers, and as one of the exclusive teams in the Triangle with access to the elite Zillow Flex leads, you’ll have a competitive edge in securing top-tier clients.

Cutting-Edge Tools & Technology:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Close at least 16 transactions per year. Have completed post-licensing and hold a full broker license. Be available full-time, including nights and weekends, as clients’ schedules require. Work open houses on weekends. Skillfully negotiate contracts and sales terms with buyers and sellers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Expertly guide clients through the buying and selling process, offering valuable insights and support. Stay informed on the latest real estate market trends and regulations to provide the best client service. Possess strong communication, negotiation, and self-motivation skills. Be able to work independently while thriving in a team environment. Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional growth. Provide an exceptional client experience, always prioritizing their needs and goals.

Compensation Range:

This role is commission-based, with our agents averaging $100K-$150K annually.
