We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Closing Coordinator to join our team during a period of increased business volume. The ideal candidate will assist with processing real estate closings from file opening to post-closing, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of real estate closings, including document preparation, scheduling, and follow-up
Review title commitments, surveys, and closing documents for accuracy
Communicate with all parties involved in transactions (buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders)
Prepare closing statements and other closing documents
Order payoffs, property tax information, and homeowners association information
Coordinate signing appointments and maintain schedules
Resolve issues that may arise during the closing process
Process post-closing documents and disbursements
Maintain accurate files and documentation Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in real estate closings, title work, or related field
Knowledge of real estate terminology and closing procedures
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
