PART-TIME LEASING CONSULTANT

The Part-Time Leasing Consultant is responsible for being a great team member of this high energy community with 263 units in Concord, NH. We expect the Part-Time Leasing Consultant to create the greatest possible satisfaction and well-being of all individuals associated with the community while being consistent with the goals & objectives of the company. This individual works in conjunction with the rest of the office by responding to telephone inquiries, interviewing prospective residents, conducting site tours, preparing and completing lease paperwork as well as data entry.

Daily activities would include:

Ability to take a prospect from traffic to resident Maintain closing ratios Aware of the surrounding to make sure that the property is kept in excellent condition Collect rental deposit Process all rental paperwork The Part-Time Leasing Consultant is eligible to take advantage of educational offerings that are available to ensure continued growth professionally: Dolben University NAA Designations, such as NALP and CAM To perform the job successfully, an Associate’s degree from a two-year College or technical school is preferred. Qualified candidates must have 1-3 years of experience in a property management or similar customer service setting. •
