Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in property leasing and management, possess strong administrative skills, and be proficient in negotiation techniques.

Duties:

• Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide information on available units
• Assist in the leasing process from application to lease signing
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing files and records
• Negotiate lease terms and rental rates with prospective tenants
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations related to leasing agreements
• Utilize Appfolio software for property management tasks
• Collaborate with property management team to address tenant needs and concerns
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to visit several properties in southern New Hampshire on a daily basis, as needed based on portfolio growth and performance.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Appfolio software or similar property management systems
• Knowledge of property leasing laws and regulations
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
• Ability to negotiate lease terms effectively
