We are hiring a driven, full-time Acquisition Manager to join our sales force. This is a commission-only role best suited for someone hungry to win , excels at negotiation , and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. We’re seeking a self-starter with real estate experience who is ready to manage leads , build rapport with sellers , and negotiate win-win contracts .

Position Overview Role:

Acquisition Manager Location Flexibility:

Work from home + local travel to appointments

Territory:

Primarily New Hampshire and select parts of

Massachusetts Schedule:

Monday to Friday + evenings/weekends as needed Position Responsibilities Engage warm leads provided by Granite & Pine Properties via marketing systems Generate additional leads through personal outreach, calling, networking, driving for dollars, etc. Conduct property walkthroughs, evaluate condition, and run comps Present and negotiate 3-option offers (Cash, Creative Finance, Listing) Maintain consistent and organized follow-up using the company’s CRM Prepare offers and contracts in alignment with company standards Build rapport with sellers to uncover motivation and drive contracts forward Update and maintain your pipeline daily with accuracy

Requirements Real Estate Experience:
