As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes while ensuring compliance with local regulations. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a knack for negotiation. Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process. Conduct market research to identify property values and trends to inform clients effectively. Develop and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication. Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts while negotiating terms on behalf of clients. Ensure compliance with state regulations and local real estate laws. Utilize marketing strategies to promote properties through various channels, including social media and open houses. Stay informed about local real estate market conditions to provide clients with up-to-date information. Qualifications Active real estate license. 3+ Years of experience in residential and/or real estate sales. Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with real estate administrative processes and documentation is advantageous.
