Daily Duties:

Aid in leasing apartment homes by selling the benefits of living within a luxury community. Always be selling – over the phone, through email and in person. You are the subject expert on the product, the property and the local neighborhood. Conduct effective follow ups on the phone & through email with prospective residents. Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects. Maintain accurate resident files. First contact point for all who enter the Leasing Office; assist residents, prospects, and any visitor accordingly. Main assistant to the Leasing Manager; assist with all residential, prospective residents, and office task accordingly. Position would be hourly, Daytime hours, with possible weekends.

Your Skills:

Strong sales with a desire to aid in exceeding company leasing requirements. Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal. A customer-focused mentality. Proficiency with various software, apps and computer programs. A polished, professional appearance. Ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly in a fast-pace leasing office. Qualified candidates will have sales or customer service experience in a retail, hospitality, or multi-family environment, and Microsoft Office skills

Part-time Pay:

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week

Schedule:

4 hour shift Day shift Weekends as needed
