Real Estate Assistant Appraisal Concepts Berlin, NJ 08009 Assistant needed to prepare residential real estate appraisal reports. Real estate experience necessary.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling appointments
• Researching and analyzing property information
• Typing Appraisal Reports
• Maintaining rapport with clients Candidate will assist in maintaining the work flow and meeting assignment goals and deadlines.

You must be able to communicate effectively with property owners and clients. Experience in Microsoft office and Excel Real Estate knowledge necessary
