Our ideal candidate for the full-time Leasing Specialist position is a passionate, motivated and engaging team player with strong sales and communication skills. A Leasing Specialist at RHO Residential is responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals including leases, move-ins, renewals, resident services and engagement. Qualifications Highly developed customer service skills Leasing or sales experience Effective verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office software and Yardi (or other property management software) High School diploma or equivalent Property management experience (preferred) Valid driver’s license Flexibility to work weekend hours
