Negotiation Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
• Stay up-to-date with current real estate market trends and property values
• Conduct market research to identify potential properties for clients
• Market and advertise properties for sale or rent
• Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
• Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse clientele
