As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process, from initial inquiry to final sale, while building lasting relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits. Negotiate sales terms with customers to close deals effectively. Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads and following up with potential buyers. Maintain knowledge of current inventory and assist in inventory management. Utilize retail math skills to calculate payments, financing options, and trade-in values. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales. Conduct public speaking presentations during dealership events or promotions. Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar retail environment is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Proficiency in sales pipeline management and customer relationship building. Excellent math skills, including retail math for calculating financing options. Familiarity with inventory management processes within a dealership setting. Strong public speaking abilities for engaging presentations and customer interactions. A passion for automobiles and staying updated on industry trends is highly desirable.
