Thadani Collective at SERHANT. is seeking a motivated and dependable Licensed Showing Agent to support our fast-paced real estate business across New Jersey. This is a flexible, on-the-go role ideal for someone who loves client interaction, is eager to learn, and wants to grow with a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Show properties to buyers and attend inspections & appraisals Host open houses on behalf of the team Prepare and submit offers with guidance as needed Coordinate with all parties throughout the transaction process Opportunity to work your own personal deals — we’re happy to coach you through them if you’re still gaining experience
What We’re Looking For:
