This full-time role involves coordinating and conducting apartment showings, organizing open houses, and managing applicant follow-ups. The ideal candidate is licensed in New York State, has a reliable vehicle, knows the Bronx area well, and excels in communication and organization. Compensation:

$50,000 – $60,000

Responsibilities:

Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis Organize and manage rental open houses and apartment showings Communicate with potential tenants and follow up with applicants Coordinate schedules and maintain accurate showing records Provide excellent customer service throughout the rental process

Qualifications:
