This is a partner-track opportunity for someone who wants to operate like an owner and earn like one. We’re hiring a sharp, entrepreneurial, and performance-driven Investment Sales Partner to manage inbound seller leads, analyze property-level opportunities, and close high-margin acquisitions. You’ll collaborate with elite closers and senior real estate professionals while building your own pipeline and profit share. Responsibilities Qualify and engage inbound seller leads Evaluate property values, market trends, and upside potential Negotiate directly with homeowners and brokers Work daily within our tech stack, including the Arbie Portal and CRM Collaborate with closers and senior deal team members to finalize transactions Execute multiple exit strategies including wholesale, flip, and development Operate with full ownership of your pipeline and profit share What You Bring 1-3 years of sales, real estate, or high-stakes negotiation experience A New York State real estate license (or willingness to obtain it) Extremely organized, analytical, and motivated by results Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with cold outreach and direct-to-seller conversations Familiarity with Excel and basic underwriting (we’ll teach the rest) An obsession with improving, earning, and outperforming the average Why Join Us?
