un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Part-Time Ops Manager for Busy NYC Real Estate Brokerage (Remote+Brooklyn) (Brooklyn) ‹ image 1 of 1 › compensation: Base pay + commission employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Operational Manager ⸻ We’re a high-volume real estate brokerage in Brooklyn doing 50+ deals/month across residential and commercial. We’re moving FAST — and we need someone to help tighten up the backend so we can scale. This is NOT a generic admin job. This is the heartbeat of our day-to-day. ⸻ ????
WHO WE NEED
You’ve worked in NYC real estate (leasing, ops, or admin). You know what it means to handle 10+ active deals at once. You’re organized, proactive, and can move quickly without dropping the ball. We don’t need fluff. We need follow-up. If you’ve ever been called a “fixer,” this might be the job for you. ⸻ ????
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Oversee StreetEasy + listing platform accuracy (photos, pricing, availability)
- Work with our internal team to manage active deals and apps
- Support agents with basic questions + access issues
- Handle landlord updates and maintain communication
- Clear bottlenecks in real-time (closings, invoices, app status, etc.
) ⸻ ????
DETAILS:
- Part-time (15-25 hrs/week) — remote-friendly but Brooklyn-based is ideal
- $30-$45/hr depending on experience
- Growth potential: profit-sharing, leadership, full-time pathway
