Responsibilities:
Assist with general office duties including filing, scanning, and organizing documents Support billing processes and basic bookkeeping tasks Work with computer programs such as Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat Maintain an organized and efficient digital and paper filing system
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with document filing and scanning procedures Basic understanding of billing is a plus Ability to work independently and take initiative Prior office experience is helpful, but on-the-job training will be provided
